Passover is a magical time for Jews – a celebration of freedom, family, and history. Yale Hillel and Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale and its Lindenbaum Kosher Kitchen are proud to offer diverse, creative options for those celebrating part or all of the holiday at Yale. There are many ways to share the holiday with your friends, classmates and colleagues - and we are excited to be a part of your celebration.
Seders (Friday night April 19 and Saturday night April 20) and First Days
Please note that the Seder meal is just a meal swipe for students. The cost for all others is $41 for adults and $25 for children under the age of 12 (children 3 and under participate at no cost). The cost for current Yale students not on a meal plan is $12.
Intermediate Days:
The Slifka dining hall is open for all meals during the intermediate days of Passover. The cost for meals is as below, and all can be paid for by credit card in person:
Breakfast: $8 adult; $4 child 4-12; children under age 3 eat free
Lunch: $14 adult; $7 child 4-12; children under age 3 eat free
Dinner: $17.50 adult; $8.75 child 4-12; Children under age 3 eat free
Final Days (Thursday night April 25 through Saturday afternoon April 27)
The Slifka Dining Hall will be open for lunch and dinner on the final days of Passover. Costs for these meals include:
Lunch: $24 adult; $12 child 4-12; children under age 3 eat free
Dinner: $28 adult; $14 child 4-12; Children under age 3 eat free
